In his keynote, Sebastian Klein explores how extreme wealth exacerbates social inequalities and undermines democratic processes. Why does the concentration of wealth lead to shifts in power? What are the implications for social justice and political participation? And what solutions exist to counteract this development? Afterwards: discussion with Jesko von Stechow about the responsibilities and roles of family businesses.

In his keynote on the book "Children - Minority without Protection", Aladin El-Mafaalani discusses the issue of overlooking young generations in an ageing society. He argues that the neglect of children and young people has long-term negative effects on democracy, the economy and society. Together with co-authors Sebastian Kurtenbach and Klaus-Peter Strohmeier, he presents solutions aimed at the needs of youth to secure a sustainable future.
