People with wheelchairs or walking aids can access all areas of the event.

On 09.05.2025, sign language interpreters were also present. People with wheelchairs or walking aids could move freely around the entire event area.

There was also provision for the little ones: Throughout the congress day, free childcare was provided for children aged 3 to 10 years – supervised by experienced professionals and featuring a colourful programme full of play, creativity, and fun.
