As a graduate ecotrophologist and sustainability scientist, Sophie Löbbering is committed to food systems that are suitable for grandchildren, resilient and equitable. But that’s not all. An imperfectionist doer by passion, the social entrepreneur has co-founded three organizations: A Solidarity Agriculture in Münsterland (www.crowdsalat.eu), a social-ecological, transformative organizational development (www.iniciato.de) and the CSX Network for Community-Based Business (www.gemeinschaftsgetragen.de).
