Prof. Dr. Friedericke Hardering

Prof. Dr. Friedericke Hardering is a political scientist and sociologist. After studying political science, German philology and history, she completed her doctorate at the RWTH Aachen. She then worked as a research assistant at the Chair for the Sociology of Work at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. After leading several research projects on the topic of the experience of meaning in the world of work, she finally habilitated in 2020 at the Goethe University Frankfurt. Since 2020, she has now been a professor at the Department of Social Work at Münster University of Applied Sciences and has been responsible for the area of the future of work and digitalisation since 2023. Her main areas of research: Sociology of work, meaning in the world of work, change and the future of work, new work and new leadership.
