A social worker and passionate food rescuer for over 10 years, Jana Gowitzke 2021 has found her dream job at fairTEiLBAR, which combines her professional and private skills and interests. As an educational consultant, she holds workshops and lectures there: Educating people about the senselessness of food waste, but not leaving them alone with theoretical information, but giving them practical and easy-to-implement tips for everyday life, is especially close to her heart. Permaculture and the circular economy are topics close to her heart, and she tries to implement their principles in her everyday life and garden.
