Christian Wiencierz is head of Scouting, Coaching and Shared Services at REACH – Euregio Start-up Center. Wiencierz, who holds a doctorate in communication science, is responsible for the operational implementation of REACH’s tasks as a service and competence centre in the field of innovation and spin-offs.
